Sia Partners is hiring an Engineering Manager - Product to lead the design and delivery of AI and Generative AI platforms within its AI Factory. The role bridges product vision with cloud-native engineering, manages software and cloud engineering teams, defines technical roadmaps, leads architecture and cloud design reviews, improves CI/CD and deployment practices, and collaborates with product, data science, research, and operations teams. The position requires a master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, at least eight years of software development experience including two years in a leadership role, strong Python and distributed-systems expertise, and extensive AWS, containerization, orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code experience. It is based onsite in Mumbai.
