H&M is recruiting three Engineering Managers for its Product domain, supporting the Product & Purchase and Product Sourcing areas. The role leads large-scale engineering teams responsible for sourcing partnership, purchase, and labels-and-tags technology and data products; owns delivery, quality, capacity, financial accountability, operational excellence, risk management, and people development; and works in dual leadership with Product Managers and enterprise stakeholders. Candidates need 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, strong software development and .NET/C# and Microsoft Azure expertise, corporate budget responsibility, and experience with vendors and external partners.
