APL Norway AS is seeking an Engineering Manager to own the technical execution of complex offshore projects. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering teams, manages engineering scope and schedules, ensures deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards, coordinates with project management and other stakeholders, reviews technical documentation, and reports engineering performance. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least five years of engineering project leadership experience in oil and gas or offshore, strong technical and leadership skills, and eligibility to work in Norway with willingness to travel to project sites.
