Description
OpenRouter is hiring a hands-on engineering leader for its Provider Ecosystem team to grow and manage engineers, own provider adapters and endpoint routing, lead multimodal and inference expansion, and drive benchmarks and quality. The role reports to the VPE, requires 4+ years of engineering management experience, strong distributed systems and LLM inference knowledge, and the ability to work closely with model labs and providers. Preferred qualifications include inference-provider experience, OpenRouter-stack familiarity, benchmarking and routing experience, multimodal API experience, vendor compliance experience, and an interest in AI infrastructure.
