Theodo GovTech is hiring a Senior Software Architect to manage and develop 1 to 4 Tech Leads, ensure code quality, architectural robustness, milestone delivery, and stability, security, and speed; contribute to client-facing business development and presales; and lead technical teams. The role requires 8–14 years of experience, including proven tech-team management, along with web and DevOps, architecture, code-quality, leadership, and analytical skills.
