CargoSprint is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the engineering team behind DrayDog, a logistics technology platform. The role combines hands-on backend development with Python, FastAPI, Temporal, and PostgreSQL; architecture and technical roadmap ownership; people management including hiring and performance reviews; engineering quality, observability, reliability, and DevOps practices; and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. The position requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 2 years as a formal people manager, and offers remote work with competitive pay, benefits, and equity.
