Axis is hiring a permanent Engineering Manager for its Radar Algorithm & Firmware team to lead approximately 15 engineers responsible for radar algorithm development, tracking and classification, and radar software. The role supports technology and product development, collaborates with engineers, project managers, other teams, and stakeholders, and handles team management activities such as recruitment, budgeting, performance reviews, and competency development. Candidates should have relevant team-leadership experience, software development and product-development experience, and an engineering degree.
