Description
Axis is hiring an Engineering Manager for Radar Algorithm & Firmware to lead a team of approximately 15 people responsible for radar algorithm development, tracking and classification, and radar software. The role supports technology and software development, collaborates with engineers, project managers, other teams, and stakeholders, and includes people-management responsibilities such as recruitment, budgeting, performance reviews, and competency development. The manager reports to the Director for Fixed Cameras & Radar and requires relevant team-leadership experience, software development and product-development experience, and an engineering degree.
