Acron Aviation is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Recorders product line to lead Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Engineering Project Lead professionals. The role manages multiple engineering functions, including workforce planning, succession planning, resource allocation, budgets, program execution, governance, product roadmaps, engineering transformation, continuous improvement, and customer and regulatory liaison activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, at least 10 years of aerospace, avionics, defense, or related engineering experience, and at least 3 years of engineering leadership experience.
