NVIDIA is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the operational processes and platforms team supporting incident management, maintenance, on-call, issue management, and customer-serving readiness. The role owns the roadmap and delivery, sets technical direction, partners with infrastructure, product, and security teams, hires and develops engineers, and provides technical leadership during major incidents. Candidates need a BS degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of software engineering or related experience, and at least 5 years of engineering leadership. The base salary range is 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 3 and 272,000 USD to 431,250 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits.
