Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd is hiring an Engineering Manager in Riyadh to lead the engineering function and manage high-performing engineering teams across multiple formwork projects. The role covers formwork design, static calculations, safety and cost-effectiveness, project milestones, technical guidance, customer and site support, and coordination with project managers, site teams, and the Head of Engineering. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, extensive formwork engineering experience, at least five years of managerial experience, CAD and project management skills, and proficiency in English; Arabic is advantageous and travel may be required.
