Eightfold is hiring an engineering leader to modernize and extend a large-scale production system while building AI-powered capabilities. The role leads a team of engineers, mentors members, contributes to architecture and code reviews, develops end-to-end development strategies, improves product experiences, and attracts and retains engineering talent. The posting prefers 10+ years of product-industry experience, including at least 4+ years as an Engineering Manager, along with strong frontend and backend, distributed systems, API, and web-services skills, plus GenAI agent development experience.
