Description
Bloomreach is hiring an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Infrastructure team and own the platform capabilities supporting personalization across client websites and mobile apps. The role manages GCP, Kubernetes, databases, observability, reliability, security, cost governance, and developer experience while growing the team and partnering with Product, Security, and application engineering. It is a full-time position based in one of three Central European offices or remotely, requiring 5+ years of software, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience and 2+ years of people leadership experience.
