Engineering Manager, Simulation at Aaru

Aaru is hiring a Simulation Engineering Manager to lead a focused team of Simulation Engineers and own the quality, architecture, operations, and production reliability of its simulation system. The role bridges research, product engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure, deployment, and evaluation, with responsibilities including technical direction, code review, hiring, incident response, observability, reproducibility, and scaling large population runs. It is an in-person, five-day-per-week role based in New York City, with candidates expected to be in the New York metropolitan area or open to relocation.
