GovTech is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Data Platform team, which builds and operates the foundational data capabilities supporting Singpass products and services. The role leads architecture and design reviews, sets technical direction, drives delivery excellence and system reliability, builds and develops a high-performing engineering team, and improves developer experience and delivery flow. The position requires deep expertise in event-driven architectures, stream processing, fraud detection, and real-time capabilities, along with strong technical leadership, mentorship, stakeholder collaboration, and software engineering judgment.
