Doctolib is hiring a permanent, full-time Engineering Manager to lead a Site Reliability Engineering team focused on platform reliability and observability. The role combines people leadership with technical strategy across cloud-native infrastructure, observability, infrastructure as code, secrets management, incident response, and reliability standards for more than 170 applications. The position is based in Paris, France, with a hybrid setup allowing up to two remote days per week, and starts as soon as possible.
