Description
Doctolib is hiring a permanent, full-time Engineering Manager to lead a Site Reliability Engineering team focused on platform reliability and observability. The role combines people leadership with technical strategy across infrastructure automation, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, SLOs, error budgets, and critical transversal services. The manager will own on-call and incident-response practices, postmortem improvements, service reliability, and cross-functional reliability initiatives, while partnering with product, engineering, and architecture teams. The position is based in Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid setup allowing up to two remote days per week.
