Sportradar is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers building enterprise-grade sports analytics and broadcast tooling. The role combines people leadership, team development, performance management, and hands-on architectural guidance across data-driven, high-uptime production systems. Candidates need at least three years of engineering management experience and six years of professional software engineering experience, including work with microservices, APIs, databases, CI/CD, and AWS. The position offers a base pay range of $180,000 to $200,000 gross per annum, along with benefits, performance bonuses, equity, and a 401k contribution.
