Wayve is hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the Japan Fleet Reliability SRE team responsible for the reliability, safety, availability, incident response, release reliability, and operational readiness of its autonomous vehicle fleet. The role owns team people, roadmap, technical direction, automation, observability, tooling, and escalation coverage while collaborating with global vehicle software, fleet operations, field engineering, and automotive partners. It is a full-time hybrid role based in Yokohama, Japan, requiring regular onsite presence and eligibility for employer-supported immigration where applicable.
