The Engineering Manager, State Estimation will lead a high-performing engineering team developing advanced mapping, localization, and SLAM solutions for embedded camera systems. The role oversees research, development, deployment, technical roadmaps, cross-functional collaboration, architecture and implementation review, and team hiring and performance management. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, 10+ years of industry experience including significant leadership, and expertise in C++, computer vision, stochastic processes, optimization, filtering, and state estimation.
