TV4 is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a four-person Streaming Delivery team responsible for live and VOD video delivery, transcoding, multi-CDN, server-side ad insertion, anti-piracy protection, redundancy, reliability, and technology evaluation. The manager will set technical direction, develop collaboration and skills, advise on architecture and complex technical choices, connect priorities to viewer experience and business value, and support AI-assisted and agentic software development. The role is office-first in Stockholm, permanent with a six-month probationary period, and requires experience leading developers and working with complex production systems; streaming, video, distributed systems, cloud services, platforms, or high-availability environments are advantageous but not required.
