ARCXIS is hiring a full-time, exempt Engineering Manager – Structural Engineering to own customer-facing structural engineering projects and programs from initial need through sealed deliverables. The role combines customer engagement, scope definition, structural analysis and design, technical review, responsible charge, project delivery, and leadership of an Engineer-in-Training and a Designer. It focuses on residential and related construction, including townhomes, wood framing, post-tensioned slabs, masonry, seismic and wind loading, and applicable building codes. The position requires an active Professional Engineer license, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and experience with sealed structural work, customer requests, field issues, and supervising technical staff.
