Description
The Procurement Manager, Substation Equipment manages the full owner-furnished equipment supply chain for multiple data center substation projects, from strategic planning through delivery, installation, commissioning, and turnover. The role combines strategic purchasing and project management, overseeing high-voltage equipment, vendors, schedules, budgets, change orders, factory acceptance tests, and coordination with engineering, construction, procurement, and senior leadership teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, strong commercial and project-management skills, and at least 25% travel, including regular visits to project sites and vendor factories.
