GitLab is hiring a Technical Engineering Manager to lead the Switchboard team, which owns the Tenant management product for GitLab Dedicated environments. The role leads a full-stack team responsible for the customer-facing control panel, hires and develops engineers, partners with Product and Design, owns delivery planning, and drives quality, security, performance, and operational excellence. The manager will also guide large-scale distributed systems architecture, support AI-enabled productivity, and lead distributed and remote teams.
