Description
BAE Systems is hiring an Engineering Manager – Systems Solutions Delivery to lead engineering activities across multiple workstreams within a mission-system capability and integration programme. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the role manages integrated software and hardware solutions, engineering plans, schedules, interfaces, and inputs from internal programmes, enterprise initiatives, and external partners across the full system lifecycle. The position also leads Hybrid Navy capability projects, coordinates design, build, integration, test, acceptance, and transition activities, and liaises with customers and design teams. It is based across various locations in the United Kingdom and Scotland with a hybrid arrangement of up to three days on site, and offers a salary of approximately £74,290 depending on experience.
