Description
The role leads product and design teams by translating end-user requirements into technical solutions, overseeing engineering teams and projects, coaching teammates, removing blockers, and contributing to technology, algorithms, and product development. It involves building robust and scalable Java software, improving code quality through reviews, participating in hiring, and managing an entrepreneurial engineering organization. The position requires prior digital-product or FinTech experience, at least three years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead, extensive cloud and microservices experience, Agile knowledge, strong leadership and project-management skills, and a relevant engineering or computer science degree.
