GovTech is hiring a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to lead the technical direction and delivery of a cross-functional engineering team building shared government digital platforms. The role owns platform architecture, reliability, scalability, security, compliance, engineering standards, CI/CD, testing, and operational metrics, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and other engineering leaders. Candidates need 7+ years of experience with production web applications and backend systems, plus expertise in Node.js, TypeScript or Go, cloud platforms, containerization, APIs, and React or Next.js.
