NAB Vietnam is hiring an Engineer Manager to lead one or more engineering Scrum teams within the Governance Risk & Compliance team. The role manages agile delivery, milestones, risks, dependencies, code quality, release compliance, stakeholder relationships, people leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement for the GRACE interface supporting the CPS230 program. The position requires 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years leading cross-functional Agile teams, along with strong Scrum, DevOps, cloud, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
