BAE Systems is seeking an Engineering Manager - Test and Commissioning to lead the in-country Test & Trials team for the River Class Destroyer Program. The role involves partnering with Irving Shipbuilding Incorporated to establish and govern the Test & Trials framework, overseeing commissioning and trials activities, and ensuring operational readiness and compliance. The manager will also oversee platform-to-combat system integration, provide governance for critical commissioning activities, and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues and drive successful project delivery.
