True Anomaly is hiring a Test and Launch Site Engineering Manager to own the operations, safety, campaign execution, team leadership, facility readiness, and regulatory compliance for off-site propulsion, fluids, and structures testing. The role manages test technicians and engineers, coordinates test campaigns from setup through data delivery, oversees hazardous operations and ground-support equipment, and serves as the primary interface with engineering, quality, and program management teams. It is a fully onsite position based in Long Beach, California, with a base salary of $150,000–$205,000 for the Manager level and equity plus benefits.
