Description
Rippling is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Time Products team and build a new AI-enabled platform for leave, accruals, balances, approval workflows, holiday calendars, and related workforce processes. The role manages a full-stack team of 8+ engineers, owns complex domain architecture, scales engineering practices, partners with Product and other teams, and integrates AI into leave-management workflows. It requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2–4+ years in engineering management, along with strong distributed-systems and architectural skills. The role is based in San Francisco and requires office-based employees to work in the office at least three days per week.
