T-Unit is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and coach engineers across backend, frontend, data/AI, and infrastructure for an AI-native crisis-management and decision-support platform. The role focuses on technical direction, reliable and secure software delivery, collaboration with product and domain experts, lightweight planning, hiring, and team culture. Candidates should have software-engineering leadership experience, a solid technical background, cross-stack experience, and familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps; AI, simulation, GIS, real-time systems, and early-stage startup experience are preferred but not required.
