Sprout Social is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Tooling team and improve developer productivity across the company. The role manages SREs and engineers focused on developer experience, CI/CD modernization, deployment automation, release workflows, internal platforms, observability, security, and AI-assisted development. The manager will partner with Product Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams, establish platform roadmaps, improve DORA and engineering health metrics, and develop future technical leaders. The position is remote, offers a $186,800–$233,500 annual salary range, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
