Description
BAE Systems is hiring an Engineering Manager – Trials and Transition Cell for its Naval Ships business. The role leads the development, integration, and execution of the Type 26 In-build DRACAS strategy, governs defect capture, root-cause analysis, configuration control, and corrective action, and supports ship availability through trials, transition, and in-service handover. It requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, liaison with the MOD, and cross-disciplinary engineering experience; the position is based in Scotstoun with three days per week on site and is intended for permanent or fixed-term BAE Systems employees who have completed 12 months in their current role.
