Topstep is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a technical team within TRM Engineering, responsible for team direction, hiring, coaching, technical quality, reliability, delivery cadence, incident response, and cross-functional partnership. The role requires at least seven years of software engineering experience and two years of engineering management experience, with expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS, containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD. The position is eligible for a performance-based bonus and offers a new-hire base salary of $190,000 to $230,000 annually, with fully remote or hybrid work options.
