Description
Checkr is hiring an Engineering Manager for Verifications to lead and grow its engineering team responsible for employment, education, drug and health, reference, and right-to-work screening products. The role owns reliability and quality across fulfillment integrations, partners with Product and Compliance on roadmap priorities, drives architecture and automation strategy, and leads adoption of AI-assisted development practices. Candidates need at least four years of engineering management experience and eight years of software engineering experience, including work with distributed systems, third-party integrations, regulated products, incident management, and operational reliability. The role is based in Denver, Colorado; San Francisco, California; Nashville, Tennessee; or Santiago, Chile, with an expectation of working from the office at least three days per week.
