Description
Mysten Labs is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineers building wallet and DeFi experiences for the Sui ecosystem. The role owns team health and engineering outcomes, sets technical direction for account creation, key management, signing, transaction construction, dApp connectivity, asset management, swaps, and other onchain experiences, and partners with product, design, security, protocol, and ecosystem teams. The position requires experience managing software engineers, shipping production blockchain wallet functionality, and hands-on DeFi fluency, with a remote-first hiring approach across the world.
