Description

Hubble Network is hiring an Engineering Manager, Wireless & Digital Design to lead the design and implementation of wireless communication and localization systems for its direct-to-satellite Bluetooth network. The role owns algorithms, protocols, and RTL implementations across satellite FPGAs, manages and grows digital design engineers, and collaborates with hardware, firmware, software, and customer success teams. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering, 10+ years of wireless systems or FPGA digital design experience, and 3+ years leading engineering teams. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with relocation benefits available for qualifying candidates, and offers a salary of $169,600–$266,000 USD plus health, dental, vision, HSA, PTO, and other benefits.

Additional Information
