Description
Gexpro Services is seeking recent or upcoming college graduates for a two-year Engineering Manufacturing Leadership Program consisting of three eight-month rotations across manufacturing, design, quality, scheduling, sales, sourcing, warehousing, and operations. The program provides hands-on experience, leadership development, project management, continuous improvement, and collaboration with internal and external clients. Participants rotate through sites in Mobile, Brewton, Charlotte, and Broadview Heights, and must be able to relocate to any site while on the program.
