Chromalloy Holland is hiring a Process Engineer (Aerospace) in Tilburg to develop, optimize, validate, and sustain manufacturing and repair processes for aerospace components. The role supports production, quality, safety, automation, new product introduction, and equipment projects through process capability studies, SPC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, process or manufacturing experience, technical documentation skills, and knowledge of process capability, SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and change management; aerospace, Lean, Six Sigma, statistical tools, automation, and commissioning experience are preferred.
