Description
LayerZero is hiring an Engineering Operations Lead to serve as a strategic enabler for its Engineering organization. The role combines business strategy, operational execution, data analysis, OKR management, process design, automation, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination to improve delivery cadence, visibility, and execution speed. The position requires at least five years of experience in business or engineering operations, strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with Linear or comparable work-management tools, and the ability to build scalable operational processes.
