Description
Ecolab is hiring an Engineering Operations Manager to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of an Ultra-Pure Water system at a customer site. The role plans and coordinates daily operations and maintenance, supports startups, shutdowns, and emergency situations, oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots equipment issues, enforces safety and regulatory requirements, and supervises engineers, technicians, operators, and contractors. It is a field-based, Monday-to-Friday role with on-call responsibilities, requiring a relevant engineering degree, 5–10 years of industrial or utility operations and maintenance experience, and 2–4 years of supervisory experience. Compensation is $110,000–$140,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
