ICEYE is hiring a permanent Engineering Operations Manager in Espoo to lead complex spacecraft hardware projects, including next-generation satellite designs and major technology upgrades. The role coordinates subsystem owners and engineers, manages project timelines and resources, identifies and mitigates risks, supports technical decision-making, aligns with the supply chain, and implements the design-to-build process. The position requires technical acumen, hands-on experience, risk management, contingency planning, and proactive problem-solving, and follows a hybrid/office working style with applicable security screening.
