Description
QuEra is hiring an Engineering Operations Manager to establish and run an engineering operating system covering planning cadence, cross-team dependency visibility, Jira and Confluence hygiene, release and integration coordination, operational metrics, and action-item follow-through. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, the role is hands-on and individual-contributor focused, coordinating software, hardware, QPU, test infrastructure, procurement, facilities, security, and external partners while engineering leaders retain ownership of strategy, architecture, staffing, technical decisions, and go/no-go approvals. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, requires on-site work five days per week, and offers a base salary of $180,000-$250,000 plus equity grants.
