GE Vernova is hiring an Engineering Operations Manager to oversee the operations of its Central Europe regional engineering offices. The role leads engineering team performance, portfolio management, demand and capacity forecasting, budgeting, daily management, process improvement, Lean initiatives, quality and EHS compliance, subcontractor performance, and global engineering efficiency programs. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of experience in an EPC environment across T&D, power generation, wind, or oil and gas, and proven leadership of engineering teams and complex projects. The position requires regional travel, collaboration with global teams, and offers relocation assistance.
