Description
The Hotel Maintenance Technician reports to the Engineering Supervisor and performs repairs, general maintenance, installation, and preventive maintenance across public areas, guest rooms, back-of-house areas, plant rooms, plant machinery, administration, and marina buildings. The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, construction, and general maintenance, along with the ability to test electricity, isolate power, maintain pumps and boilers, and use tools and testing equipment. Candidates need Matric/Grade 12, at least two years of similar hands-on experience, strong communication and guest-services skills, flexibility with working hours, and physical fitness.
