Description
The Hotel Maintenance Technician will report to the Engineering Supervisor and perform repairs, general maintenance, painting, and fault-finding across public areas, guest rooms, back-of-house areas, plant rooms, building exteriors, and hotel equipment. The role includes stock control, paint usage, work scheduling, liaison with other departments, emergency response, and maintaining 5-star quality workmanship. It requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, construction, and general maintenance; proficiency in painting and related techniques; Grade 12 or equivalent; at least two years in a similar position; and fluency in English.
