Description
The Engineering Pathway Coordinator serves as the primary recruitment, enrollment, advising, and student-success professional for Southeast Missouri State University’s engineering partnership with Missouri University of Science and Technology. The role recruits prospective students, manages recruitment territories, conducts outreach, supports students through pathway requirements and transfer milestones, coordinates with partner institutions, maintains student records, and analyzes recruitment and retention data. It is a full-time position requiring a bachelor’s degree, relevant recruitment or student-services experience, strong communication and organizational skills, extensive travel, and a valid state driver’s license.
