Description
HDR is hiring an Engineering Principal to lead its multidisciplinary building engineering team in Denver, Colorado. The role combines strategic business development, executive client relationship management, market-sector growth, pursuit and proposal leadership, and senior technical/project leadership across complex architecture and engineering projects. The principal will serve as a Project Manager, Senior Engineer, and/or Engineer-of-Record on selected projects, advise projects on technical challenges, conduct quality-control reviews, mentor staff, and help recruit team members. A bachelor's degree in engineering, 15 years of related experience, at least 7 years of project management experience, a professional engineering license, MS Office and MS Project experience, and demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills are required.
