Description
The Engineering Principal Project Manager will lead large, complex, high-risk capital projects and front-end development for Heaven Hill’s distilling and bottling operations. The role covers scope definition, alternatives analysis, preliminary engineering, cost and schedule development, financial justification, procurement, construction readiness, commissioning, startup, asset turnover, project controls, risk and commercial management, and lessons learned. It also coaches project managers and site teams, integrates lifecycle and safety considerations into design, and partners with operations, maintenance, finance, procurement, IT/OT, and engineering stakeholders. The position is based in Louisville or Bardstown, Kentucky, with travel to other Heaven Hill sites.
